Besides a chance to connect, chat, and commune, we'll look at a holistic health theme, individually and collectively, with expert input available for attendees.

The theme for the first meeting - What is Wellbeing? We do bandy the term about, but what does it actually mean?? We each have a different view, but what about the aspects of wellbeing that are physically, mentally and emotionally non-negotiable?

How do we provide those for ourselves, and recognise a deficit that could be causing issues already, and will inevitably lead to something worse? Niggles, symptoms, glitchy systems - no, not the computer, the kids, the cat or the car, you!!

Whether it's physical, mental, emotional or spiritual interruptions to smooth service, it's a chance to recognise the signs of disrupted wellbeing, look at them, and work out how you can bring them back into alignment holistically.

There will initially be 12 places available - if demand is big enough, new space will have to be found! Places are bookable by ticket only - introductory tickets are £6 to cover hire costs, refreshments, resources and so on, and see how things work out.
